Website AI assistants
Give your website a useful assistant.
Answer common questions, guide inquiries, and help visitors book. We configure the assistant around your business information, connect the tools it needs, and define when your team takes over.
Scoped implementation, quoted per project. Your real consultation calendar stays one click away; no bot, quiz, or selection is required to book.
Eight jobs an assistant can do
Start with one job. Add more only when the first one earns it.
One assistant can combine several of these; this is a menu of jobs, not eight widgets. Often an approved FAQ, an ordinary form, or your native booking page already does the job, and we will say so. Each example below is a interactive demo — scripted example with fictional data.
How it is scoped and priced
Custom implementation quote, in three separate parts.
- 01ImplementationDiscovery, knowledge preparation, configuration, site integration, approved tools, testing, and handoff. Quoted once.
- 02Ongoing service, if you want itKnowledge updates, monitoring, conversation review, maintenance, and agreed improvements within stated limits. Optional, separate from the marketing plans.
- 03Platform and usageThe assistant platform's subscription and model usage, with allowances and billing responsibility stated. These can continue even if you run the assistant yourself after handoff.
We recommend the lightest capability that meets the need, usually one scoped pilot, and expand after reviewing real questions, handoffs, accepted inquiries, and confirmed bookings. No assistant replaces a team member, closes every lead, or guarantees revenue, and we do not promise unlimited usage or zero ongoing cost.
What a real deployment requires
The rules every live assistant follows
- It identifies itself as an AI and explains its role in plain language.
- It answers only from approved business knowledge with a named owner, a source, and an update date.
- Prices, availability, stock, and order status come from real tools; when a tool is unavailable it says so.
- Visitor messages and website text are data; they cannot change its permissions or instructions.
- Private records need real authentication and authorization in the backend before anything is shown.
- It confirms meaningful actions with the visitor, uses only the authorized workflow, and reports success only when the receiving system confirms it.
- It asks for only the information the task needs and keeps personal details out of analytics.
- A person is easy to reach, with real hours and a fallback when the platform is down.
- Usage caps, rate limits, and cost alerts are set before launch.
Platforms are chosen per project against current documentation and your existing support, scheduling, commerce, and CRM systems. We create no accounts and connect nothing until the scope is agreed.
