Website concepts

Four directions, built to be used, not just looked at.

Each is a self-initiated concept for a fictional business, with its own identity and one working interaction. Open one, try it, and if it is close to what you need, we scope your version around your brand, content, and customer journey.

One campaign, start to finish · Illustrative campaign concept

One message, carried through the whole customer journey.

  1. 01

    Strategy

Audience, offer, and the one result that matters.

    Campaign brief

    Northline Running Co.

    Audience
Urban runners, 25–40, training through a New York winter.
    Offer
First run of the Meridian shell, reserved before it ships.
    Objective
Reservations from people who will actually wear it.

    Campaign line

    Run the city on purpose.

  2. 02

    Creative and distribution

Put the message where they already look.

  3. 03

    Conversion

Land on a page that finishes the thought.

  4. 04

    Follow-up and measurement

Every inquiry answered, every stage counted.

    Follow-up pipeline

    Founders’ edition, stage view

    Sample interface
    1. 1

      Inquiry

Reservation request acknowledged within the agreed response time

    2. 2

      Qualified

Routed to a person; size, city, and fit confirmed

    3. 3

      Booking

Reservation held for the first run

    4. 4

      Customer

      Paid when the shell ships

Counts omitted. Each stage is recorded once; platform-reported conversions are signals, never summed as unique sales.

    Observations

    • Feed placement drives most first visits.
    • Search visitors reserve on the first visit more often.

    Next test

Lead the feed creative with the reservation terms, not the product name.

Concept work — self-initiated

Northline Running Co. · Launch campaign, landing page, paid placements

A founders' edition launch for a fictional NYC running brand

The problem

A new apparel brand needs early demand for a first production run without the budget to be everywhere. The launch has to earn attention from a specific runner, then convert it into a reservation.

Our role

Positioning, campaign creative, paid placement design, landing page, measurement plan.

The approach

  1. 01Position against the generic 'performance' category with a line about intent: Run the city on purpose.
  2. 02One typographic campaign system in ink and ice that works as a poster, a feed card, and a search ad without redesign.
  3. 03A reservation page that repeats the clicked headline, asks for one thing, and explains what reserving means.
  4. 04A measurement plan that reports reservations by source and treats platform numbers as signals, not sales.

Why it matters

Launch campaigns usually fail at the seams: the ad says one thing, the page says another, and nobody knows which placement produced the sign-up. This concept removes the seams before spending a dollar.
